Merchandise Return Policy [FOR OUR DEALERS ONLY]
Defective Merchandise:
No written permission is required for merchandise. Defective merchandise should be sent to Irish Setter
customer relations department in Red Wing, MN. Prompt credit will be issued on footwear with defective
workmanship or materials based on normal wear. Credit may be pro-rated based on the general condition and
length of wear. Irish Setter footwear is designed for hunting and hiking. If the footwear has been abused,
cut, punctured, severely scraped or used for unintended purposes, the guarantee is not in force.
Non-defective Merchandise:
Written permission is required on any merchandise that is returned but not defective. Contact your Irish
Setter Sales Rep. There is a $5.00 per pair restocking charge on all non-defective returns. All returns
must have prepaid transportation to Red Wing, Minnesota. Transportation credit will be allowed and applied
to your account on defective merchandising returns only. Send merchandise to Irish Setter Customer
