Rated 4 out of 5Â by PaddyT Good all round boot.
I bought my boots two years ago and use them primarily for winter cycling in temperatures as low as -25C. They have kept me warm on all occasions. Additionally, the waterpoofing has worked very well. The sole has now worn down, and I would like to find a location to re-sole them as they are worth keeping.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Mikeylikesit An awesome boot, but....
To be simple, I love these boots. But, much like the other comment I read, the inside of the boot fell apart. I'm in the market again for this type of boot, but is nearly $200 for the boots going to give me some long range satisfaction? Aside from that, the boots are amazing.

I bought these boots a couple years back. Couldn't be happier with the comfort, fit, and performance in any weather or terrain. I wear these from Fall to Spring time.
They still keep my feet dry, warm, and although worn down a bit...still plenty of traction in the soles.
My boots are still in good condition on the OUTSIDE.
The INSIDE HEEL area is another story, it started wearing away slowly after a few months and the material has finally worn through enough to become VERY uncomfortable now on my heels as you can imagine.
I wish Irish Setter would toughen up the inside linings to last as long as the rest of the boot.
Until then I cant see spending this money for only 2 seasons use.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by fuelman my favorite boot. best traction ever
I'm a trucker that delivers fuel. pulling a hose [think fire, not garden] at times 150 feet, traction is important to me. I may be at a rock quarry, farm, factory, or front yard, so I see all types of terrain and weather. I've been wearing these boots for about 6 months and they are holding up well. Waterproofing is great. No wet feet for me any more. I haven't worn them in the winter, so I can't comment on snow traction, yet. These are a very comfortable boot too! I've owned southern state named boots that cost less up front, but no more. Irish setter, red wings for me.
